About these terms
These terms set forth the conditions for using the game app Pourfect (the “App”) provided by (provider name) (the “Company”).
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

Fees and Advertising
The App is available free of charge.
The App is supported by advertising revenue. Ads are displayed at the bottom of the game screen and after clearing stages.
Ad content is determined by ad providers and is not individually selected by the Company. The Company is not responsible for the content of ads or for any transactions or damages that occur after following links from ads.
Data charges are the responsibility of the user.
Prohibited Conduct
When using the App, please refrain from the following acts:

Acts that violate laws or public order and morals

Analyzing or modifying the App, or altering records by unauthorized means

Registering false records on rankings

Registering names that impersonate others or that cause discomfort to others in rankings

Causing excessive load on the Company’s servers

Acts that interfere with the operation of the App
If the Company determines that any of the above apply, it may delete ranking records or refuse use of the App without prior notice.
Rankings
Names shown in rankings can be freely set by users within the App.
Do not include personally identifiable information such as your real name in your name. The name you set will be visible to other users.
Names or records deemed inappropriate may be deleted without prior notice.
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or continuity of ranking content.
Intellectual Property Rights
Copyright and other rights related to the App and its screens, images, and programs belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders.
You may not reproduce, republish, modify, or redistribute beyond the scope of private use.
We welcome introductions of gameplay such as commentary, streaming, and sharing screenshots.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is." The Company does not guarantee suitability for any particular purpose or that there will be no defects.
Progress is stored only on your device. If lost due to app deletion, device reset, or device change, the Company cannot restore it.
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company, the Company is not liable for damages resulting from use of the App.
If liability cannot be excluded under consumer contract law or other statutes, this section does not apply to the extent required by such laws.
Changes or Discontinuation of Service
The Company may change the App’s content or discontinue provision without prior notice.
The ranking feature may be suspended or terminated depending on server operation. In that case, stages can still be played offline.
Changes to the Terms
The Company may amend these terms when deemed necessary.
If changed, the last updated date on this page will be revised. Important changes will be notified within the App.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
If a dispute arises between you and the Company regarding the App, the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s head office shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
