Introduction
Pourfect (the "App") is a puzzle game provided by (Provider name).
No account registration is required, and we do not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, or phone number.
This page explains the information the App handles and how it is used.
Information the App handles
Stored only on your device: Progress (stages reached, minimum moves per stage, partially played boards) and settings are stored only on your device. They will be deleted if you uninstall the app.
Advertising-related information: For ad delivery and performance measurement, advertising identifiers and coarse location information may be sent to Google (AdMob).
Usage data: To understand how features are used, actions such as stage start/clear, retries, and settings changes are aggregated with Firebase Analytics. This does not identify individuals.
Crash information: When the app crashes, information about the situation (device model, OS version, location in the app where it stopped, etc.) is sent to Firebase Crashlytics to help fix issues.
Leaderboards: If you participate in leaderboards, the name you set in the app, stage reached, and update timestamp are stored on the server along with an automatically assigned anonymous ID and displayed to other users. This anonymous ID cannot be used to identify you. Do not use real names or other information that can identify you as your display name.
How we use information
We use the information we receive only to provide and improve the App, deliver ads, fix bugs, and display leaderboards. We do not use it for other purposes.
We do not sell your information.
Third-party services and cross-border transfer
The App uses the following services. Each service handles data according to its own policies.
Google AdMob: Ad delivery (https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads)
Firebase (Analytics / Crashlytics / Remote Config / Firestore / Authentication): Usage aggregation, crash reporting, configuration delivery, leaderboards (https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy)
These are services provided by Google LLC, and information sent may be stored and processed on servers outside Japan (including the United States). By using the App, you agree to this handling.
Ad personalization and consent
Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland will be shown a consent screen regarding ads. Choices can be changed later in Settings > Privacy Settings.
On iOS, permission for tracking will be requested at the end of the initial tutorial on first launch. Denying permission only means ads will not be personalized to your interests; you can still play all 200 stages.
You can change allow/deny later in the device Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Data retention
Progress and settings on the device remain until you uninstall the app.
Leaderboard records are retained until you request deletion.
Usage and crash data are automatically deleted according to Firebase's default retention periods.
Deleting information
You can delete your progress on the device at any time via Settings > Reset Progress.
Leaderboard entries cannot be deleted from within the app. If you wish to delete an entry, please contact us at the address below. Providing the name you set in the app will help us locate the record.
Children's use
The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the Last updated date on this page. For significant changes, we will notify you within the app.
